These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using URLify, including account usage, link creation, analytics, acceptable use, and account deletion.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using URLify, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

URLify is a link management and analytics platform built to help users create short links, track clicks, and manage link performance.

2. Account usage

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate account information.
You must not share your password with others.
You must not attempt to access another user’s account.
You are responsible for links created from your account.

3. Short links

URLify allows you to create, manage, edit, deactivate, and delete short links. You are responsible for the destination URLs you submit.

Short links may redirect users to the destination URL you provide.
Inactive or expired links may stop redirecting.
Deleted links and related analytics may be permanently removed.
Custom aliases must not impersonate brands, people, or services.

4. Analytics data

URLify may collect basic click analytics for links, such as click time, device type, browser, operating system, country, referrer, traffic source, and redirect timing.

Analytics are used to show dashboard insights and improve link performance visibility.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use URLify for harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading activities.

Do not create links to malware, phishing pages, scams, or harmful downloads.
Do not use URLify to spam, harass, deceive, or impersonate others.
Do not attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Do not use short links to hide illegal or unsafe destinations.

URLify may disable, delete, or block links that appear harmful, suspicious, abusive, or against these terms.

6. Security and access

URLify uses authentication and account-based access controls to protect user dashboards. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Use a strong password.
Log out from shared devices.
Report suspicious account activity if noticed.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account from the settings page. Account deletion may permanently remove your account, links, preferences, API keys, webhook records, usage logs, and click analytics.

Once deletion is complete, the action may not be reversible.

8. Limitation of liability

URLify is provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of links, incorrect destination URLs, unavailable services, analytics inaccuracies, or third-party websites reached through short links.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of URLify after changes means you accept the updated terms.
